This weekend, from Friday to Sunday, every visit to Faire. Brunch & Drinks and Faire. Tapas & Wine plants two trees through our ongoing reforestation partnership. A simple brunch, a glass of natural wine, or your favourite tapas plate becomes a gesture of environmental care and a step toward a healthier planet.

We work with local producers, champion seasonal ingredients, follow zero-waste practices, and support circular food systems. From composting our organic waste to working closely with neighbourhood bakeries and responsible suppliers, we aim to make every plate a reflection of conscious, modern Barcelona dining.
